We provide nationwide service. Since we operate 24 hours a day and have over 30 wire EDMs, we can provide quick turnarounds. E-mail a file or fax us a print. We can program it and have the part cutting that day. If necessary, we can ship the part overnight by air freight.

     Our software can transfer most of your electronically designed files, whether AutoCAD, DXV, or IGES. We can use these files to save on programming costs. We have four specialized wire EDM software stations.
     Steve Sommer is a mechanical engineer, and he can assist in tool design, engineering, and application support. Steve has worked as a machinist and tool and die maker, and he has a thorough knowledge of computer programming and of the EDM processes. (Steve and his dad have co-authored the Wire EDM Handbook and Complete EDM Handbook.)

     Our CNC high-speed wire EDM machines equipped with automatic threading, CNC Ram EDM machines with tool changers, and CNC small hole EDM machines can meet your production needs.
